Gold - Refined sunflower oil
Refined sunflower oil is produced from sunflower seeds, with the help of special technologies that provide a specific taste and smell of the product. Refined sunflower oil has lower nutritional value compared to unrefined oil because it contains fewer biologically active substances. However, this type of vegetable oil has a number of undeniable advantages. Refined sunflower oil is recommended for cooking heat-treated dishes. This type of oil is also used to produce margarine, mayonnaise, bakery and pastry, for preservation. Refined oil, compared to unrefined oil, has a longer shelf life.
Refining - a stage in the production of vegetable oil, in which the oil is cleaned of various impurities and components. The vegetable oil is treated with alkaline, after which the free fatty acids, phospholipids are removed, the product is layered, the refined vegetable oil is removed and it is separated from the sediments. The oil is then bleached, deodorized, treated and filtered again. And in the last stage the refined sunflower oil is cooled to remove the wax.
Sunflower oil is purified, but loses its taste and smell. For this reason, refined vegetable oil is not loved by everyone. Some prefer the smell and taste of the natural product and believe that purification for it is unwelcome.
But we must remember that we consume the oil every day, and if there are any harmful substances in it, then gradually accumulate in the body, they can contribute to the appearance of various diseases. Therefore, refining of vegetable oil is necessary at least for safety reasons. In addition, only some of the nutrients are lost after refining, so the nutritional value of refined and unrefined vegetable oil is approximately equal.
Undoubtedly the advantage of refined sunflower oil - you save substantially if you use it: it costs little, and consumption is low.
The final stage of the oil refining process is nitrogen saturation. Here the manufacturing process is completed, the oil is sent to the packing line.
In the packaging process, after pouring the oil into the bottle, just before capping, the oil is saturated with liquid nitrogen. Thanks to this procedure, the oil retains all the valuable qualities for the entire period of validity. The last moment - applying the label and packing in sets.
The finished products are transported to the warehouse for shipment to customers.
